Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the North American Marketing Manager will be an Integral member of the global marketing team, responsible for the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and activities in North America.

This Individual will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and are optimized to drive awareness and action among target personas In key verticals and segments of focus. The Marketing Manager, North America will have proven experience driving commercial impact through digital marketing activities and be skilled in content creation to fuel digital campaigns, optimize SEO efforts and power marketing automation.

The responsibilities for this role:

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop the go-to-market strategy for the security solutions portfolio to drive business performance and support the company's commercial goals.
  • Define the customer persona profiles, articulate the product value propositions, and detail journey mapping to drive customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research and deliver monthly competitive analysis reports, In coordination with digital marketing team.
  • Develop the content marketing strategy and supporting initiatives for driving traffic, engaging prospects/customers and generating leads that deliver sales and retain customers
  • Lead and manage webinar strategy to drive commercial impact for the business.
  • Develop and drive execution of ABM campaigns across social media, websites and conversational chat
  • Develop, monitor and optimize organic, paid and email marketing campaigns designed to drive commercial Impact of key solutions across target personas and verticals of focus.
  • Partner with the DX team to develop personalized experiences designed to accelerate the buying cycle with target personas and drive wallet share expansion with existing clients.
  • Assist in monitoring KPI dashboards and analytics and compiling monthly reports for leadership
  • Work with graphic designers, writers and agency personnel to develop, maintain and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and execute lead generating e-mail campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive commercial performance and deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Security or Technology experience a plus for this role
  • Proven experience driving in content creation, including copyright
  • Clearly demonstrated writing, editing and storytelling skills with ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media, including the ability to analyze and action data in this space
  • Self-directed with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Willingness and comfort working virtually
  • Ability to travel as needed (typically no more than 10% of the time)
