The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Coordinator that will aid our Human Resources department in their day-to-day tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and maintain new and/or current employee records.

Monitor and maintain company compliance (including tracking and reporting) as relates to Federal, State, and Local laws.

Utilize the HRIS (Paycom) system to track and maintain employee data.

Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.

Assist with time and attendance processing

Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields. Preferred but not required.

1-2 Years experience in Human Resources.

Understanding of HR Laws (FMLA, Labor Laws, Benefit Plans, etc.)

Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, HRIS systems.

Highly Organized

Exceptional Attention to Detail

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
