Our family-owned and operated shoe store has been stepping up the shoe fashion and comfort game in Milwaukee since 1950 It's no secret that our feet take a beating with every step, dance, run, hike, or jog. We're here to get our customers the best fitting (and best looking) shoes Stan's has expanded the business to three Wisconsin stores in Brookfield, Greenfield, Glendale, online at Stansfootwear.com, New Balance Milwaukee in Brookfield & Greenfield, and The Vionic Store Milwaukee. Responsibilities include:

* Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and inquiries regarding their orders.

* Resolve product or service problems by determining the issue, selecting the resolution, and implementing the correction to the customers' satisfaction

* Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner

* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or replacements

* Recommend potential products or services to management by understanding customer needs

* Create and update product listings and work with SEO team

* Maintain and develop an online procedure guide and knowledge database

* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Required Education and Skills**

* High School diploma or GED Equivalent

* 2-3 years experience working in retail, call center, or other one-on-one environments

* Able to work independently and with a team against project deadlines

* Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to dissatisfied customers

* Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

* Motivation to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision

* Excellent problem-solving ability

* Flexibility - willingness to adapt to change

* Capacity to work well with others

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This position works **40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with possible weekend hours during peak season** .
