ODI Developer

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for an ODI Developer to work on a 7-month contract-to-hire position in Cary, NC. The pay rate is in the $70 to $75/hour range. It is available for W-2 or C2C. This position is hybrid, working three days a week onsite. Visa transfer is available. Local candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities of the ODI Developer: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to ensure efficient and accurate data movement and transformation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into logical technical solutions. Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity, reliability, and scalability. Develop and maintain documentation, including data models, process flows, and technical specifications. Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements for the ODI Developer: 7+ years of total IT experience, proven expertise in Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL, particularly in the ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Python is advantageous.
