Position Summary
The MRI Technologist is responsible for the independent operation of MRI equipment, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using MRI. The MRI Technologist is responsible for daily operations of the MRI suite, patient schedule, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessment (QA). The technologist maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve.
Minimum Qualifications
- One year recent experience required
- ARRT(MR) required
- BLS/CPR required
Location
Anchorage, ALASKA
Shift
3 NIGHT TWELVE Hour Shifts = 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
On Call: NOT REQUIRED.
Pay
$44/Hour plus a $1,582 stipend = $3,166 per week for 36 hours of work performed.
On Call Pay = $10/Hour. Callback pay = $75/Callback hour with a 2 hour minimum.
