Position Overview: Deaconess Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our At Work team in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. This is an hourly position offering a competitive base rate. You will work 20 hours per week, providing high-quality care within Indiana. This position also offers the potential for coverage at other At Work locations within the state. Key Responsibilities: Provide care to employees at various At Work locations. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for various conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize fully implemented EMR (EPIC) for both outpatient and inpatient care. Schedule: 20 hours per week (exact schedule to be discussed during the interview). Potential to provide coverage at other At Work locations in Indiana. Qualifications: Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Indiana. Certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
