Apply TodayJob Summary and QualificationsAs the Clinical Pharmacist you are responsible for providing general clinical and pharmacy services. We want you to apply nowWhat You Will Do In This Role:* You will interpret orders and transcribes or verifies them accurately and efficiently into the pharmacy computer system.* You will accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.* You will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing non-formulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promotes rational drug therapy selection* You will provide accurate and timely medication information to healthcare staff and patients.* You will provide basic technical support for automated dispensing machines and other pharmacy computer systems.What Qualifications You Will Need:* B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy is required.* One year of hospital experience is required.* Residency training or board certification is preferred.* Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy is required.* TSBP is required.* ACPE IV certification is required.HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is a full-service 340+ bed acute care hospital in Pasadena, Texas.
