WHO YOU AREAs our seasonal sales associate, your primary role is to be to provide customer service excellence and to support our store team to achieve its sales and service goals. You model and maintain excellent customer service, effective communication, teamwork, product knowledge and appropriate selling techniques. Respect for tradition and authenticity have been Le Creuset's guiding principal for nearly 100 years - our passion for superior artisanal quality, exceptional design, and European craftsmanship have remained constant.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYMeet company sales, service and KPI goals to supportConsistently use the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, in addition to promoting in-store promotions, contests and incentives.Utilize Friedman performance tools to enhance selling behaviors, including cross selling, suggestive selling, add-ons, set selling, etc.Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual results.Deliver a joyful customer experience to support Brand standardsAdd customers to Personal Trade.Utilize and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Execute and maintain store standards to meet business needsMaintain visual standards, store merchandising practices and inventory control activities.Follow plans/directions/schedules and act with a sense of urgency to meet the changing priorities, store needs and demands of the businessAdhere to operational and safety policies and procedures.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPrior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environmentFlexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, night, weekend and holidaysPhysical requirements include ability to be mobile on the salesfloor for extended periods of time; climb on ladders; lift and carry up to 25 poundsHigh School Graduate or equivalentMust be 18 years of ageEXTRA EXTRASAuthentic passion around cooking, baking and entertainingTHE PERKSMonthly bonus opportunity based on store goal achievementGenerous Employee DiscountProduct PerksThe above information represents typical elements and criteria considered necessary to perform this role successfully.
