Job Title- Associate Financial Planner
Location- Dallas, TX
Type- Full Time/Permanent
Reporting Type- Onsite/ Hybrid, 4-5 days in office depending on season
Client Industry:- Providing CPA and Financial Services to Dentists Nationwide
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Financial analysis and tax planning for each business unit that the client owns
Participation with the Financial Planner during annual client meetings
Reconciliation of each client’s current investment asset allocation
Retirement plan analysis and optimization based on the annual objectives of each client
Correspond with internal departments as well as outside vendors to assist the client in the implementation of their financial plan
Assist with the Data Input Specialist’s training and onboarding needs on an as-needed basis
Review the Data Input Specialist’s work for accuracy
Must haves Questions
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Tax, or Finance required
A CPA, CFP, or CPA or CFP candidate required
2+ years of experience in public accounting or its equivalent preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Must be comfortable being client-facing
