As a customer service specialist, youll play a crucial role in our mission to serve our customers, whether its understanding how a product functions or servicing their equipment. In this role, youll address customer inquiries, facilitate the purchasing process, offer product or service recommendations, and resolve any technical difficulties. With a primary focus on serving our customers, youll demonstrate how our solutions can benefit them. Located in Fairfield, NJ, we are proud to manufacture units that elevate our customers manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and technical questions Interact with existing customers, make courtesy calls, and make follow?ups.
