Customer Service Opening Located in Hilliard, OH Pay $18-19/hr Must have worked in a call center in the last year. Provide superior customer service Answer customer questions on repair and service of units Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators Process Warranty claims and customer orders Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed.
