Wireless Network Engineer

Our Technology Services client in Salem, NH is looking to hire a Network Engineer with a background in designing and implementing Aruba Networks solutions. Strong candidates for this position will have varied experience with CX switching, NAC, Aruba Central, and ClearPass. Applicants must be able to work onsite in Salem, NH 3 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:Work directly with customers/sales teams to develop detailed understanding of business requirements/desired specifications for network solutionsDesign, build, and implement high-performance wireless network solutions including access points, switching infrastructure, controllers, and management platformsConfigure and integrate ClearPass for network access control, policy management, and guest accessOversee network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Aruba CentralProvide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleEnsure that Aruba Networks solutions are implemented according to best practices and meet customer needsConduct research and maintain updated awareness with industry trends and advancements related to Aruba Networks technologies

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field requiredAruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) certification preferredMinimum 3 years of Aruba Network experience including design, implementation, and integrationsRobust knowledge and experience with ClearPassStrong understanding of network protocols and security principles requiredFamiliarity with other networking technologies a plusDemonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and specificationsKeen attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering work of a consistently high caliber is essentialMust have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and team members
