We're looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, working in Insurance industry in Ocala, Florida, United States.

Overview: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will assist a more mature audience in understanding their healthcare options and provide guidance on sensitive topics. If you have excellent communication skills and can offer empathetic support to seniors, we encourage you to apply.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience when working with a mature audience
  • Ability to work within designated business hours and manage time effectively
  • Must reside within 2 hours of Ocala, Orlando, or Port Richey to pick up required equipment
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service platforms
  • Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping seniors understand their healthcare options
