Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing Structural Steel Projects or 5 years of construction management experience.

Must have strong interpersonal skills.

Must have strong communication skills.

Must be familiar with steel fabrication, erection and installation processes

Must have experience managing commercial projects

Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints required

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and implement projects from bid award to completion, including coordination with detailers, connection design, RFIs, submittals, shop release and support for erection.

Resolve tough conflicts with little to no direction

Coordinate meetings

Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion and the customer is satisfied

Communicate with internal team on timelines, scope of work, etc.

Progress invoicing
