What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Manage onboarding, off boarding, and transferring employee credentials within a specified deadline.
  • Collaborating with your team to proactively find ways to optimize processes.
  • Audit system access and further develop the onboarding process to support all locations.
  • Identifies records or activities to be reviewed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed to Win:
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Publisher, Word, etc.). Active Directory, DMS Systems(CDK, Reynolds&Reynolds), and ticketing systems (Manage Engine, Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training.
  • Automotive Dealership experience preferred
  • Computer literacy with navigating multiple monitors and using several browsers and software's.

You will be a key part of the behind-the-scenes operation, supporting the dealerships by ensuring all employees have proper credentials to complete their job duties. Your accuracy and attention to detail will be a critical asset in protecting asset security and the overall success of the auto group.

Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate on behalf of management, including preparing written and verbal communications as requested.
  • Prepare department-specific credentials for over 20 dealerships.
  • Maintain large databases and spreadsheets to track information.
  • Engage with team members with varying levels of technical knowledge, bringing solutions to the appropriate audience level.
  • Fulfills department resource allocation and shipping requests.
  • Prepare credentials for new and existing employees in industry-standard systems and tools.
  • Maintain Department Compliance and Confidentiality
Qualifications/ Skills Needed to Win:
  • Organizes and executes with accuracy.
  • Ability to think critically and resolve issues.
  • Confident with learning how to use multiple tools and systems to produce documentation and communication materials.
