Curiosity Caf Team Member

Wage: $12-13 per hour + Tips ($2-3 additional pay per hour)

Shift: Part time. Day time team member (9am- 4pm) Saturdays and Holidays minimum of 3 shifts per week required. Closed Sundays.

Summary: Curiosity Cafe is located in the Museum of Natural Curiosity. Our goal is to provide excellent service and quality food to our guests at the museum. Join our new and fun team with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists guests with orders by cashiering and handling cash
  • Cooking and preparing meals for guests
  • Stocking, Cleaning, Organizing
  • Staying on task and focused on service
  • Fulfill orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Be upbeat and patient with guests and coworkers
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Follow directions of supervisors and managers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to and uphold Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies
Requirements:
  • A great positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, punctual, organized, and timely with work duties
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time and lifting 25+ lbs
  • Food Handlers Permit
  • Pass a background check
