We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and provide critical Agile and Scrum project management support within Cybersecurity & Operational Services (CaOS). In this role, you will be a key player in supporting PEO Digital's digital transformation initiatives, serving as a Scrum Master who utilizes Agile project management practices to ensure the successful execution of government-led projects. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day tasking and facilitating Scrum practices, making this an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented professional. Responsibilities

Act as a Scrum Master for government-led projects within PEO Digital, promoting Agile principles and practices. Collaborate with the government lead and cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage and prioritize the day-to-day tasking of the government lead to ensure project goals are met. Create and maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and project status reports. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and impediments to keep projects on track. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the project team. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on Agile and Scrum practices. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile project management tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with government or defense projects is a plus. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred. Security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required.
