Feel free to submit your resume to schedule an interview (Monday – Friday). The Role: Revolution Industrial is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Electrical Field Engineer to join our team. The Electrical Field Engineer plays a critical role in our projects by providing technical expertise, assisting in planning, purchasing, submittals, oversite of installation, quality control and system turnover. If you have a strong background in electrical engineering / electrical code and industry standards, excellent problem-solving abilities, and are eager to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Lead the electrical engineering on assigned projects, from initial design through construction and commissioning. Develop detailed electrical designs, including schematics, power and control system layouts, and single-line diagrams. Perform electrical calculations to determine load requirements, equipment sizing, and cable selection. Prepare technical specifications for electrical equipment and materials. Manage project budgets and schedules for the electrical engineering scope of work. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any electrical-related issues. Provide technical expertise and support to project team. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards and project specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in electrical systems. Conduct field inspections to evaluate the progress and quality of electrical work. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement. Mentor and train junior engineers and team members. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical work. Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license (or actively pursuing licensure) is a plus. Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management. Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NFPA 70, NEC). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
