Zur Untersttzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persnlichkeit als Fachspezialist/in Customer Service 100% (m/w/d). Ihre Aufgaben In dieser wichtigen Funktion mit tglichem Kundenkontakt bernehmen Sie die vollstndige Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Pflegeheime und Homecare: Kompetent, zuverlssig und empathisch beraten und begleiten Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden whrend des gesamten Auftragsprozesses (Bestellung, Lieferdienst, Kostenabrechnung, Retourenabwicklung) Sie erfassen eingehende Bestellungen korrekt und termingerecht und sorgen fr eine reibungslose Abwicklung Sorgfltig und effizient prfen und verarbeiten Sie Retouren- sowie Mutationsanfragen Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen und Partnern (Aussendienst, Apotheke, Supply Chain Management und Logistik) zusammen, um eine optimale Patientenversorgung sicherzustellen Das zeichnet Sie aus Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten, Empathie sowie Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem Gesundheitsberuf oder kaufmnnische Grundbildung mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder im Bereich Sozialversicherungen/ ffentliche Verwaltung Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Gesundheitsbetrieb Sie sind ein Teamplayer und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen khlen Kopf Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, Kenntnisse in SAP-ERP und CRM Salesforce sind von grossem Vorteil Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Franzsischkenntnisse (Niveau B2/C1); Italienischkenntnisse sind wnschenswert Wir bieten Ihnen Eine sinnstiftende Ttigkeit mit hohem Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Abwechslung Einen modernen Arbeitsplatz, gleitende Arbeitszeiten sowie Homeoffice 5 Wochen Ferien bzw. 6 Wochen ab dem 40.
