House Cleaners Wanted Connect Talent Solutions, Hampton Roads one of fastest growing companies is seeking experienced house cleaners. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable full-time (40+ hours per week) house cleaners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned properties are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in house cleaning and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain all areas of assigned properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces Change linens, make beds, and tidy up rooms Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and appliances Manage laundry and ironing duties as required Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow health and safety guidelines Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in house cleaning Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication and time-management skills Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) Ability to work in various environments (indoor and outdoor) This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and weekly pay.
