Finance Department Intern

Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Summer Intern to join our on-site team in Agawam, MA. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP A). The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in Accounting/Finance, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to meaningful projects within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations in month end close process.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Participate in financial analysis and forecast activities.
• Engage in special projects to broaden skill sets and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Completion of sophomore or junior year at college/university
• Finance or Accounting major preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Excel.
