Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

Duties:

- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- Coordinate resources and manage project budgets

- Collaborate with product management teams to define project requirements and priorities

- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders

- Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

- Experience in product development and managing cross-functional teams

- Proficient in using project management tools such as VersionOne or similar software

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement practices

- Ability to perform requirements analysis and translate them into actionable tasks

Project Size: 50K thru 5mil.

We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
