Description

Cabinets To Go has an immediate opening for a Box Truck Delivery Driver at our Distribution Center located in Lawrenceburg, TN.

You will operate a 26-ft Box Truck delivering a variety of items, following driver routes and time schedules, loading, unloading, preparing, and inspecting delivered items.

Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver's License, be insurable, and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

Optional Benefits Include: Vision, short term and long term disability insurance and 401K with 100% employer match of first 3% of contributions and 50% match on the next 2% of contributions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering product to customer homes in a safe, professional, and timely manner
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
  • Load and unload product from delivery truck
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and directing complaints to Customer Care
  • Adhering to assigned routes and follow time schedule
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
  • Perform daily inspections of the vehicle
  • Complete assignments in the DC as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean background
GENERIC SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance and punctuality are required as a full-time employee to perform all of the essential functions. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.
