Share the power of a smile todayThe Marketing Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, and the team of Marketing Specialists in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives. This multifaceted role involves contributing to layout concepts, copywriting, providing photography support, and participating in marketing planning.Accountabilities-As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will be integral to our team's success by:Creative Support- Bringing your creativity to life through online and print concept creation, presentation, and copywriting. You'll delve into market and customer trends while ensuring effective communication and timely project completion. Additionally, you'll provide invaluable photography support and manage model shoots as needed.Email Campaign Support- Playing a crucial role in our email marketing efforts, you'll contribute to campaign development, ensuring compelling copy, graphics, and effective list management. Your keen eye for detail will aid in monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to maximize return on investment.Social Media Assistance- Assist with our social media presence by creating and curating engaging content across various platforms.Other Responsibilities- In addition to the above, you'll uphold safety and housekeeping standards while actively participating in training sessions and other tasks as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in Marketing or Graphic Design preferred.Experience: 1-2 years' prior Marketing Communications/ Marketing project experience preferredGeneral knowledge of Email & Digital MarketingKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanorHigh level of attention to detailWillingness to learnStrong work ethic and initiativeKnowledge of general marketing skillsCreative problem-solving abilitiesGraphic design skills preferredBasic Computer skills with PC PlatformTechnical knowledge and proficiency with the following programs: Google Sheets/ Excel; Access; Google Docs/ Word; PhotoshopCompensation & Benefits:Salary Commensurate with Experience.Medical, Dental and Vision.401KPaid Time Off.This position has the potential for a future hybrid schedule.EOE
