Embark Behavioral Health is a unique organization comprised of extraordinary programs dedicated to bringing the all-time high rates of adolescent anxiety, depression, and suicide to all-time lows while becoming the most recognizable, respected, and valuable behavioral health organization in the world. Calo Lake Ozark student capacity is 144 students across six different programs. All Calo programs implement a unique and truly relational treatment model based on neurobiology and evidence-based attachment and trauma treatment research. Calos proprietary developmental trauma treatment model, CASA, and clinical structure is engrained throughout each program. Our unique model facilitates the establishment, deepening, and maintaining healthy and safe relationships that ultimately lead to co-regulation and joy.?
Responsibilities:The mission of the Team Lead role is to own their team home and build relationships with students.? The Team Lead will work in collaboration with the treatment team to fulfill Calos core purpose of creating joy and healing generations.? Student safety and security are the top priorities of each Team Lead. The Team Lead will ensure there is healthy program culture and norms, minimize risks, ensure student, and staff safety on campus. The Team Lead will develop and grow people, help to build upon and optimize systems and processes, work closely with the Coaches, and Residential Manager along with other departments (Clinical, Academic, Canine, Adventure Therapy, Admissions, Neurotherapy, and so forth).? The Residential Team Lead is someone who can effectively and safely manage the logistics and dynamics within a team while training, leading and developing others.????

Qualifications:- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Free of communicable disease, other evidence of ill health, or a condition which adversely affects ability to care for or poses a threat to children
- Experience minimum of 6 months experience in a residential setting preferred.
- Education Accredited High School diploma/GED. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical Requirements?
- Sitting/Standing employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time?
- Walking employee may be required to walk considerable distance during the workday?
- Carrying the employee may be required to carry objects in his or her arms and must have full mobility of arms to perform Safe Crisis Management (SCM)?
- Lifting employee may be required to raise or lower students from one level to another during the shift and must be able to lift 45 pounds to perform SCM?
