REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.2 years supervisory experience in automotive industry preferred.Ability to manage up to 50 hourly employees and multiple different processes.Previous experience in a union environment.Must be able to multi-task in a high stress environment.Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.Must be able to work some weekends.Must have a customer service mindset.
