Close Sales: Have great conversations with prospective customers to close sales on the spot. Celebrate each win and use it as motivation to keep going Following Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and our Ops Teams to address any questions or concerns. This helps build long-term relationships and exceptional, local service. Provide Feedback: As a critical part of our team, you’ll also provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what you’ve learned while working in the field. Travel: As a Residential Sales Representative for ALLO, you could be traveling between markets, but don’t worry, we pay for everything and give plenty of notice. Travel up to 50% outside of your home market, with some overnights required. EDUCATION High school diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE 1+ years of previous sales or customer service experience Previous experience in telecommunications sales a plus SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES Outgoing and Personable: You enjoy talking to new people and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
