Job Summary We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in either Cleveland, OH or Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project leader with 5+ years of increasingly complex project experience, PMI certification, and expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role will involve leading Web/Mobile Application Development projects, managing virtual teams and third?party resources, and driving delivery of enterprise?level initiatives that support diverse business goals. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead one or more Web/Mobile Application Development and/or front/back end processing projects, directing third party resources and virtual teams while coordinating activities using the Standard Project Lifecycle Framework. Stakeholder Management: Develop and grow partnerships with senior functional managers and their management teams to prioritize projects, set direction, and achieve business objectives through effective relationship building. Project Planning & Execution: Define and manage project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables; develop integrated project plans; identify dependencies and critical paths; track milestones and report project status. Resource & Budget Management: Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals; manage on/off?boarding; monitor vendor performance; draft budget proposals; conduct cost forecasting and variance reporting. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, escalate and resolve issue conflicts; perform impact analysis and prioritization; manage dependencies; escalates risks with corrective/mitigating actions. Change Management: Support development of change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training; manage documentation and knowledge transfer to "business as usual" functions. Quality Assurance: Tailor methods and metrics; administer configuration management/version control; perform project assessments; coach/mentor teams; manage deliverable reviews and sign?offs. Communication: Lead communication planning, execution and reporting with project team members; liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Vendor Management: Manage the execution of vendor contract(s) and ensure adherence to contract provisions, where applicable. Continuous Improvement: Conduct "lesson?learned" reviews and independently seek out learning opportunities to drive improvements and stay current on industry best practices.
