Bonus potential:

Job Summary:

Ingram Interactive, a leading automotive industry company, seeksa highly motivated and experienced BDC/Internet Director for a client.As the BDC/Internet Director, you will oversee and manage our Business Development Center (BDC) operations. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing the efficiency of our BDC/Internet department.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure adherence to the processes and policies to maximize the performance of the BDC/Internet department

Lead and manage a team of BDC representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Manage the Internet Sales Managers within the Internet Department

Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers to build strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the BDC operations

Train, mentor, and motivate BDC representatives to enhance their skills and performance

Prepare regular reports on the performance of the BDC department and present findings to the management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Preferred

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pass a background and drug test
