The Job at a Glance As the Accounts Payable Specialist (Internally known as Big $pender) you will provide accounts payable support to the entirety of the Accounting department. Using an electronic system, your primary responsibility is processing vendor invoices and payments. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you should be a multi-tasking, data-entry guru with a desire to problem solve (all while having a great attention to detail). If you are a self-motivated rock star with a hunger to learn and improve processes, we want you to apply A Typical Day Youll process multiple vendor invoices in a high volume, fast paced, evolving environment You will utilize our electronic systems for data entry, filing, and processing Youll work on statement reconciliations and various Accounts Payable related projects Youll utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve vendor invoice issues To Land This Opportunity You have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience You pay close attention to detail (as far as youre concerned, anything worth doing should be done right) Youre a master of time management: you enjoy prioritizing, organizing, and planning to meet all deadlines Youre an all-star communicator & are proficient in English (Both written and verbal ). You can effectively communicate and collaborate with different segments across the business. The salary range for this role is $ 39 , 632 - $ 53 , 029 ($19.05-$25.49 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
