**Job Description**

Waterloo, IN

Techo Bloc is searching for their next forklift operator. This individual will work in a team to load and unload vehicles, while safely utilizing forklifts to complete tasks. The schedule is **Monday Thursday** (4 Day Week), from **6 AM 6 PM** with overtime available. Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:

* Safely operate folklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.

* Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.

* Bring raw materials and other consumables to the production areas.

* Maintain equipment in an operating function at all times and cleaned at the end of each shift.

* Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.

* Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.

* Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed

**Qualifications**

* 1+ year (s) experience as a forklift operator, or relevant work.

* Familiarity with forklift operation and safety.

* High School Diploma (preferred).

* Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.

**Required Skills**

* An Excellent Communicator; actively reports on issues and progress.

* Safety-Focused; Operates equipment according to safety standards.

* Time Management; comfortable with time-driven deadlines and goals.
