RemX Staffing is seeking Onsite Call Center Agents to start ASAP for a client located in Costa Mesa CA

  • Employment Type: Contract, potential to go perm
  • Salary: $22/hr
  • Schedule: Various shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM with a 5 day work week (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
  • Training: Training is 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm)
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide resolution for customers.
  • Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
  • Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
  • Must have at least 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
