If you are a detail-oriented, experienced CNC Machinist with a military background, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team.**Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure the equipment is in good working condition.Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly for the machining process.Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet required quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC programs and improve machining processes.Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, scrap rates, and machine maintenance logs.Military veteran with previous experience as a CNC Machinist.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in CNC machining are preferred.Proven experience operating CNC machines, including setup and programming.Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Familiarity with various types of CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, and routers.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain precision in machining operations.Proficient in using measurement tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting production deadlines.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.A commitment to safety in the workplace and adherence to all safety regulations.*** We offer competitive compensation for this position, commensurate with experience and skills.
