About the Job

This Logistics Clerk role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward. As part of our dynamic logistics team, you'll contribute to the success of our distribution operations and interact with customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily shipment activities, managing all aspects of parcel delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing logistics projects, collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of shipping data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new processes, streamlining logistics operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
