Restoration Project Manager

SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead is hiring a Restoration Project Manager This position is located in Hooksett, NH Benefits $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 Performance Bonuses 100% company paid Health Insurance Company vehicle Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401k with Company Match As the Restoration Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Provide priority response to potential customers Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates Position Requirements Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications preferred, Xactimate® experience a PLUS Valid drivers license required Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Company Information SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead is a family-owned and operated franchise that has been restoring homes and businesses in the Boston area for over 30 years.
