Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's rebranding efforts and the processing of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and provide status updates to management. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office presence will be required for team meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for rebranding initiatives and ECO processing. Utilize 3M's PLM system to manage documentation and track changes effectively. Identify issues and propose solutions related to manufacturing production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of ECOs and adherence to design control procedures. Create and maintain technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and process documentation. Assist with project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management using tools such as MS Project and Gantt charts. Facilitate communication between project teams and management, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry. Strong understanding of Engineering Change Control processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to project teams and management. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and technical writing is preferred. Knowledge of biomedical engineering principles is advantageous.
