PSI Pax is currently recruiting for an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Analyst to support our government customer in Indian Head, MD or Remote.Duties & Responsibilities:PSI Pax has exciting opportunities for SAP analysts to support our Navy customers in the following modules Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management (FM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution (SD), Asset Management (AM), Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Material Management (MM), and Human Resources (HR). Positions are available in junior, mid and senior levels with career growth based on education and years of experience.Under general supervision, support the Navy ERP business office in providing end user sustainment and release management in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements. Specific tasks include: Performs routine tasks related to customer support. Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user issues and build knowledge center to address future support requests. Supports master data management. Assists in generating reports and analyzing data. Supports system testing for release management. Supports production operations including monitoring interfaces and resolving interfacing data issues. Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts. Provides support to Navy Command initiatives (e.g., year-end close, data migrations, system upgrades).Qualifications: Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start. Two (2) years of general business experience. Coursework or experience using SAP™. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally. Education Requirements:Associates Degree is required at a minimum to qualify for the position. Bachelor's degree in business or information technology discipline is desired.
