As a Technical Delivery Manager at iMBranded, you will be a key member of our business leadership team, driving forward cutting-edge technology for our internal teams and external clients. You will closely partner with key business stakeholders, Designers, Field Sales Management staff, and clients along with our internal IT team to craft a compelling product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy that will accelerate our ability to deliver value to market very quickly. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to understand how technology can be leveraged to influence our business and enhance our future.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to) Leverage your extensive knowledge of all aspects of technology to partner with key business areas and clients to understand the needed outcome of product usage. Work with internal staff and leverage external contacts and colleagues to understand what is technically possible. Solicit and negotiate contract engineering services as needed to drive delivery of value to market quickly and cost-effectively. Recruit, hire, and support the technical engineers necessary to design, build, deliver, and support product innovation as needed. Research, evaluate, and recommend Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS ) packages that would accelerate product innovation and delivery. Define new product capabilities to achieve specific desired outcomes. Define and maintain a product roadmap, adjusting as necessary to ensure the delivery of value. Ensure that the engineering team’s efforts are aligned with organizational goals and strategy as well as the product vision and roadmap. Maintain a prioritized, relevant feature backlog comprised of a healthy mix of product enhancements and technical currency/security vulnerability work. Understand the business value of every feature developed. Be able to clearly express the business value AKA “the why,” behind the feature to the engineering team. Provide the engineering team with timely information and decisions around the product requirements & vision. Work with the engineering team to determine project size/cost, develop potential solutions, and identify a minimum viable product. Work closely with the engineering team to break down work and ensure that value is delivered iteratively, incrementally, frequently, and predictably. Represent the voice and perspective of the company in everything we do.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Field & market analysis on product strategy and vision Facilitate product brainstorming sessions with stakeholders and the engineering team Create channels and processes for feedback loops Align business goals with the incremental delivery of software Represent the needs of users to the Engineering Team Engagement and knowledge of the relevant business area(s) to be able to provide ideas, discuss minimum viable product (MVP), and prioritize features with stakeholders Analyze, communicate, and create Key Performance Indicators around the product during vision setting and post-launch Review/Demos – provide feedback early and often to the team around product-specific changes Coordinate the necessary training to quickly onboard new users REQUIRED

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
