Bethesda Country Club is hiring a **Back Server**. The Back Server will assist Servers in executing steps of service set forth by the Club. This includes anticipating member & guest needs and providing a memorable dining experience. **Back Server Essential Functions:** * Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating, which includes bread and water service

* Deliver food & beverage to the table

* Remove soiled dishes from the table

* Clean and re-set tables and chairs

* Polish silverware and glassware

* Maintain a clean working environment and server station

* Refill ice for the bar

* Set up and take down bread station and beverage station

* Have a working knowledge of the menu

* Ability to follow instructions as given

**Back Server Requirements:**

* Ability to lift items frequently throughout the day

* Work in a team environment

* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Attention to detail and pride in keeping the workplace clean and tidy

* Work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours

* Ability to work inside or outside in cold or heat
