Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $237,400 annually, depending on location and experience Eligible for equity awards based on factors such as performance and location Opportunity for career advancement within a leading real estate platform Flexible remote work arrangement available, allowing employees to work from any U.S. location Collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and growth Recognized as one of the best workplaces in the country, reflecting a commitment to employee well?being What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the expert and thought leader on offsite advertising trends and capabilities Own the end?to?end ideation, evaluation, execution, and iteration of offsite ad products Collaborate with cross?functional teams to support ad data collection and metrics reporting Present offsite ad data trends and insights to senior leadership Influence product roadmaps to drive ad tests and optimize the core ad experience What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with ad technology and/or ad buying experience of $30M+ Hands?on experience building, integrating, or managing Ad Tech products for various platforms Strong understanding of industry standards and the ad tech stack Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in ad performance through creative testing Excellent written communication skills with experience creating high?quality product briefs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with buy and sell side programmatic advertising platforms Strong collaboration skills with cross?functional teams and the ability to influence challenges Experience in creating high?quality presentations for senior leadership We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal?opportunity employment.
