Supply Chain Operations at Nutanix The demand planner in this role would be part of the Supply Chain Operations team at Nutanix. This team is responsible for managing the flow of materials and products to meet customer demand. The team works closely with various functions within the company, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure accurate forecasting, planning, and inventory management. They collaborate to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The team is driven by the company's strategic initiatives and plays a crucial role in supporting Nutanix's configure-to-order model. Your Role Develop and manage forecast and demand plans for Nutanix's configure-to-order model. Take ownership of commodity flow, forecasting, demand planning, scheduling, and analysis. Ensure inventory levels, availability, and on-time order fulfillment are in line with company's goals. Control costs, accuracy, and manage excess and obsolete liabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives. Analyze data and gather insights on factors affecting demand. Monitor product lifecycles, take decisive action, and drive issue avoidance. Recommend improvements and implement root cause and corrective actions. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field 6 years of materials planning experience Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing Strong knowledge of configure-to-order (CTO) model Proficiency in ERP/MRP/Forecasting systems: Anaplan, Kinaxis, John Galt, Vena, NetSuite Certifications such as CPF, ACPF, or CPIM preferred Excellent analytical and data analytics skills Effective communication and written skills About the Team Hiring Manager: Senior Director, PlanningHow We Work: We work in a hybrid office model, and appreciate team collaboration both online and in person. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 106,240 and USD $ 212,880 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
