**City Experiences is seeking a JOB TITLE for our BUSINESS UNIT operation in CITY.**

**About the Opportunity:**

In this role the candidate will work directly with the Vice President of Finance and collaborate with Accounting and other groups across the company while managing a Financial Analyst.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining income statement, balance sheet and cash flow models, managing the annual budget and monthly forecast process, preparing the monthly executive Business Review reporting package and provide analyses to support the business strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong financial acumen and analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel with excellent modeling skills, and have experience navigating the general ledger to investigate and report on variances to budget and forecast. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Developing and maintaining metrics-based financial models for business unit income statement, cash flow and balance sheet.

* Preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans.

* Analyzing financial results by interpreting financial data, tracking and evaluating key metrics, investigating monthly variances, and communicating results.

* Produce the monthly Business Review package communicating the monthly financial results and trends through commentary, analysis, and charts.

* Collaborate with Accounting and Operational teams to identify and understand underlying factors driving financial trends. Integrate findings to improve modeling and forecasting.

* Partner with department leaders to help interpret and manage their operating and financial performance.

* Provide analytical support for operational, financial, and strategic planning initiatives and financial justification for capital expenditures and major expense projects.

* Participate in system enhancements and implementations.

* Direct and develop the FP&A Financial Analyst.

* Additional job duties as assigned.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

* 3-5+ years finance, planning & analysis experience including management of staff.

* Advanced financial modeling, analytical and Excel skills.

* Ability to interpret complex concepts and effectively communicate them to all levels of management.

* Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures.

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

* Demonstrated attention to detail, strong time management and organization skills.

* Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
