The Spa Receptionist The Spa Receptionist provides a professional and relaxed service to all guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, while assisting guests with their arrival and departure at the spa and offers information to guests about other services offered in the spa. Utilizes the scheduling system Book4Time for all actions related to guest bookings and transactions as well as a source to keep guest preferences. Makes guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services. The qualified candidate will possess the following: Front desk or receptionist experience, preferably in a luxury spa, salon, hotel or resort. Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Book4Time preferred/is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests. Flexible schedule; ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
