USD120000 - USD150000 per annum Responsibilities: Technical Planning and Execution:

Lead the technical planning and execution of live events, including audio, lighting, video, and staging elements. Equipment Management:

Manage the inventory, maintenance, and deployment of audiovisual equipment and technology for events. Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor technical staff, including audio engineers, lighting technicians, video operators, and stagehands, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality production. Collaboration:

Work closely with event producers, creative directors, and clients to understand their vision and technical requirements, and translate them into actionable plans. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source equipment, services, and technical expertise as needed for events. Onsite Management:

Oversee onsite technical operations during events, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the seamless execution of the production. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for technical operations and equipment usage. Budget Management:

Collaborate with the production team to develop and manage technical budgets for events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in audiovisual technology, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance event production quality and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technical Production, Theatre, Audio Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical production for live events, with a proven track record of successful execution. Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment, as well as industry-standard software and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proven ability to manage technical teams and vendors, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Experience with budget management and cost control for technical operations. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules. Name:
