Municipal (police, fire and public works facilities) Park District (recreation centers, pools & maintenance buildings) Apartments, Senior living and mixed-use facilities Restaurants & entertainment Gas stations, C-stores and retail Offices and warehouses Healthcare facilities Duties/Responsibilities: Produce/maintain design drawings & specifications from schematic design through construction administration Conduct field surveys and construction observation Engage with clients and staff in order to manage and coordinate scope and schedule Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing plumbing systems Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit proficiency a plus Proficient in MS Word and Excel Familiarity with building codes (ILPC, IPC, UFC, IECC) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field is preferred, but not required PE licensure is a plus
