**Job Description:**

We are rapidly growing and looking to bring on experienced welders with great attention to detail and commitment to quality.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proficient in Flux core and Pulse Welding
+ Minimum 3 years of welding experience
+ Ability to read and understand blueprints
+ Attention to detail
**Responsibilities:**
+ Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques (Flux, MIG, Pulse)
+ Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
+ Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness and quality.
+ Maintain a safe and clean environment
+ Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
**Additional Information:**
+ Shift schedule is 4 x 10/hr shifts (Monday - Thursday)
+ Overtime is offered in 8 hour shifts on Friday and Saturday
+ Pay is based off weld test performance
