IT Specialists (Plainsboro, NJ) Deploy and configure computing devices and servers to ensure connectivity to laboratory instruments; Analyze and manage network connection using TCP/IP, VLANs, subnets, DNS and VPN; Perform patch management and maintenance of all IT systems to ensure they are reporting to SCCM server and free of vulnerabilities; Configure IT system hardware and software infrastructure and applications to ensure proper configuration in line with IT guidelines including Active Directory, EAC (Exchange Admin Center) and group policies; Host weekly Change Control meetings and coordinate with SDMs of different sites to achieve approvals and implementation using ITIL process of Change Management; Manage and configure the IT Samanage system, which includes setting up user roles and permissions, making the Service Request Forms with process flows, creating automation rules and generating analytics reports.

Require a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Communication & Information Studies plus skills and knowledge in TCP/IP, Active Directory, EAC, ITIL Process of Change Management, SCCM and Samanage. Allow telecommuting.
