The Healthcare Solutions Architect - Digital Pathology for Leica Biosystems is responsible for Pre-Sales Post-Sales, Implementation and support of the Digital Pathology product line.
This position is part of the North American Digital Pathology Sales organization covering, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Northeast Team and report to the Northeast Sales Manager responsible for supporting the Digital Pathology sales efforts. If you thrive in a amazing, fast paced, industry changing role and want to work to build a world-class Diagnostics organizationread on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory.
+ Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in SFDC, maintaining a closed/won success rate of >60%.
+ Clearly communicate complex and technical product information as well as technical IT and networking information to a variety of customer stakeholders and serve as technical expert for digital pathology hardware (scanners) and related software products.
+ Travel overnight as necessary (estimated at 50%) for all pre- and post-sales activities, such as customer appointments, trade shows and customer trainings. Customer call activity will be a balance of existing customers accounts to expand our current base, meeting with active opportunities and prospecting for new opportunities in the assigned geography
+ Coordinate sales activities within national, multi-site, laboratory accounts by interacting with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements, completing documentation of Solution Design (DPIP) with the key stakeholders to facilitate fast implementation of client orders and facilitate customer readiness by ensuring we have all required logistic and IT information to drive implementation of scanners to
