  • Ensure raw material purchase orders are placed and received timely, verifying quantities, pricing and delivery dates to meet operational schedules.
  • Monitor and report pricing changes to the relevant personnel
  • Review and resolve pricing discrepancies
  • Review all jobs received for material requirements, suggest proper materials alternatives, and verify needs against current supply
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and balance changing client and company needs
