In this entry-level position, youll be part of our team representing Fios product and services in San Diego. Get ready to be the link between cutting-edge solutions and residents in your community who truly need it. Your responsibilities as a Verizon Sales Associate involve: Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective customers, effectively showcasing the benefits and features of Verizon Fios products and services. Actively generate new leads and identify potential customers within designated territories through consistent outreach and engagement. Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions. Clearly and concisely explain complex technical details of Fios offerings in an easy-to-understand manner, addressing any questions or concerns. Successfully close sales by overcoming objections and guiding customers through the subscription process for Fios services. Accurately complete all necessary sales documentation and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon Fios product developments, promotions, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate effectively with team members and sales management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
